When you use the form on our Contact page, we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject you choose and your message. The form sends these to our team by email so that we can reply to you. The website does not keep a copy of your message once it has been sent.
The website does not collect job applications. Each vacancy on our Careers page shows how to apply, either a link or an email address. If you apply by email, your application reaches us as an email.

To stop the contact form being misused, the website keeps a short-lived counter linked to a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, which it deletes automatically after 10 minutes.
This website does not set cookies for visitors. It uses your browser's session storage for one technical check (whether your browser can display emoji), which is cleared when you close the tab.
Some of the outside services described below may set their own cookies when you use them.
Links to social networks, WhatsApp, Google Maps, our brands' websites and the share links on our news articles are ordinary links: nothing is sent to those services unless you click them, and their own policies then apply.
